AI & Automation Design Consultant

Salary £50K

Your responsibilities

• AI&A Design Lead, focusing on the clients based in Europe (UK)
• Contribute and build, in collaboration with other regions, in AI & Automation consulting services internally and externally
• Contibute the planning and realization of the Pilot strategy for AI & Automation within Europe
• Actively contribute to develop and implement the practice strategy
• Lead the development of value offerings targeted at the C-Suite executive community that exploit emerging technologies and approaches, leading practices and changes in industry trends
• Build and manage a stable opportunity pipeline and be the first ambassador of the AI & Automation practice
• Construct and lead business value-proof solutions and guide the delivery through prototyping > MVP > scale
• Over achieve personal and team based targets capitalizing on the internal and external market opportunity that currently exists
• Be responsible for the recruitment, retention, training and development of AI & Automation resources
• Demonstrate thought leadership to advise clients on both AI & automation strategy and detailed use cases by leveraging established industry leading practices

Your qualifications

• Degree in computer sciences, engineering, economics or equivalent and 2+ years’ experience in consulting or industry with focus on digital and automation
• Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth
• AI advisory experience e.g. developing IT strategy, technology plans and frameworks to optimize IT landscapes and assets to achieve business goals
• Expertise across Artificial Intelligence, Data Science & Cognitive Computing. Additionally, expertise across Intelligent Automation and RPA.
• Driving digital transformation of business processes & business operating models using AI&A,
• Deep understanding of data mining, predictive analytics models and machine learning
• Proven track record in being a thought leader who brings experience in driving a digital culture and being a problem solver at heart
• Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English is a must, Dutch, German or any other European language is a plus
