SENIOR CONSULTANT OR MANAGING CONSULTANT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant to work within a
dynamic and fast growing environment. This role will work closely with clients to disrupt traditional
business models through the design, implementation of innovative digital solutions.
Through implementation of business integration strategies, the Senior Consultant or Managing
Consultant will support clients with creating technological solutions to meet the needs of the
business. They will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of
Digital solutions, working to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and Cloud
based solutions and software.
Responsibilities
 Identifying and addressing business critical issues thus helping our clients to achieve
operational excellence
 Adaptable and creative to tackle challenges, work in collaboration with like minded people
to change the status-quo.
 Successfully delivering/leading projects & programs in such areas as:
◦ Strategic IT analysis & planning IT
◦ Advisory & alignment (i.e. between Business & IT)
◦ IT Strategy
◦ IT transformation
◦ Digital (i.e. Enterprise Agility, DevOps, Cloud Adoption and Migration, Workplace of
the Future, Cyber Security, etc.) and IT/BPO Sourcing
◦ Target Operating Model Design
◦ Helping clients design solutions to implement new Technologies like Robotics,
Machine Learning, Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
◦ Program Delivery
Desired Qualifications/Attributes
 IT or Business Degree preferred, but will consider other subject areas
 3+ years working experience in IT Transformation or operational delivery
 Collaborates with team and client members
 Sensitive to clients needs can develop warm client relationships
 Demonstrated experience of developing and implementing solutions to support complex
IT processes
 Adaptable and creative thinker with strong problem solving abilities
 Possess a keen interest in technology and the technology trends of the future
 Ability to produce clear and concise written documentation, alongside excellent
communication skills to present technical information to a non technical audience
 Willingness to travel to client sites to support varied industry and client exposure
