Prior to founding Barlow Search Ltd, Kevin gained ten years of experience in recruitment in two separate industries at both small and medium-sized companies He has worked in the Software and Technology industry recruiting sales and marketing professionals across Europe, with clients such as IBM and PeopleSoft. He then joined a large UK based organization to help build its banking operations desk. Kevin won many accounts including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan, placing professionals in trade/sales support and project/change management roles amongst others. He graduated from Manchester University with an upper-class degree in Business Management.
