Project Manager – D365 (Germany)

Minimum 5+ years experience within Project Management / Transformation consulting / Change

Competitive salary packages, up to €100k based upon experience.

Your Task:

As a Project Manager, you will assemble, guide, empower and serve the team through excellence in project delivery resulting in value creation for our clients business. You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver project outcomes, products and services in a complex IT environment by selecting the best project delivery method (i.e. Agile principles and practices or Waterfall) that best fit the business needs.

• Managing the full project life cycle of ERP implementations

• Budget/ resource/ timeframe management and developing all relevant project documentation

• Ensuring the successful delivery of systems to customers tailored project requirements.

• Involvement in project governance at a group level to ensure customer best service

• Leading and mentoring the project team internally

• Engage with Leadership, both business and IT, to collaborate on the delivery of value at a rate that is sustainable and digestible for the team and business

• Ensure promised business value is being earned by leveraging the value creation or value maintenance framework

• Orchestrate the formation of a squad and once established, closely interact with the partners and the development team

• Being determined to make a difference and not afraid to challenge the status-quo

• Leading big / small teams

Your Qualification & Skills:

• A proven track record in ERP Project Management, with experience implementing from a partner/ software house perspective

• Strong understanding of ERP – ideally Dynamics 365 F&O/ AX – other ERP will be considered (eg. JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Epicor, Netsuite)

• Experience managing large scale project budgets £500k+, and large team sizes 10+

• Solid methodology expertise (AGILE/ SureStep understanding preferable)

• Experience on implementation of projects within diverse industry sectors – ideally Retail, Manufacturing or Supply Chain

• Experience defining architecture strategies, roadmaps and backlogs

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Desirable: line management experience BA or Master´s Degree in IT or Business Administration
